The ENGAGE Report
We’re pleased to share our report on the evolving landscape of workforce dynamics of young professionals within the Niagara region. The NEXTNiagara Council was excited to host ENGAGE in fall 2023, a groundbreaking event aimed at fostering meaningful conversations between young professionals and employers to help create exceptional workspaces that address the evolving needs of the workforce.
This event served as a platform for mutual understanding, innovation and collaboration. Our hope was to identify opportunities to address the challenge of finding meaningful employment, and for employers to attract and retain talent.
