About
The Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce (GNCC) is the voice of business. We impact public policy at all levels of government so that you can succeed and prosper in local and global economies. We are also members of the Ontario and Canadian Chambers of Commerce, which makes our voice even stronger. Our councils represent specific demographics and guide our programming to ensure Niagara achieves its economic and social best.
The GNCC is a non-profit, non-partisan, membership-driven organization comprised of 1,300 business enterprises, civic organizations, educational institutions and individuals. Through broad engagement, we advance the interests of our membership with advocacy and services, building prosperity for the people of Niagara.
We are a place of connection and belonging—a community that understands your goals and is here to help you reach them. Through meaningful networking, strategic marketing opportunities, and access to a broad and engaged audience, we make it easier for you to grow, thrive, and feel supported every step of the way.
The Voice of Business
The GNCC is your voice of business—working to build a thriving, inclusive, and sustainable Niagara. We advocate for policies and programs that drive economic growth and enhance the well-being of our entire region. Whether through direct engagement with government ministers and officials or in partnership with the Ontario and Canadian Chambers of Commerce, we ensure that Niagara’s priorities are heard, understood, and acted upon.
The GNCC also brings together a variety of knowledgeable people to give direction on issues facing business women, our emerging business leaders and to support those who need support in our region through our three councils – Women in Niagara, NEXTNiagara and the Not-for-Profit councils. The government affairs committee works to identify and develop policies that will help support a prosperous and inclusive Niagara.
Power of the Chamber Network
The Chamber offers many business resources that are regionally, nationally or provincially endorsed – programs offered to Chamber Members through the OCC (Ontario Chamber of Commerce) or the CCC (Canadian Chamber of Commerce). Our affinity programs such as the Chambers Plan Group Insurance are exclusive advantages of your Chamber network membership. The CCC offers savings with Lenovo, Novexco, UPS and Cyber Essentials Canada, as well as the opportunity to save time and money with online Certificates of Origin via TradeCert Canada.
