Speaker Profile: Dave Robitaille

2017 Niagara Economic Summit

Dave Robitaille is Director of Corporate Citizenship and Corporate Affairs at IBM Canada. Dave joined IBM in early 1990, building his career in the Supply Chain Management discipline, and in 2007, Dave moved to lead IBM Canada’s Corporate Citizenship organization. In this dynamic and challenging executive role, Dave is responsible for IBM Canada’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and community relations, and works in a dynamic executive team focused on IBM’s public and government relations, indigenous affairs, and innovation strategy.

Dave is an ambassador for IBM both internally and externally, and a champion for advancing the dialogue among leaders in both the public and private sectors. A featured speaker at economic and community planning summits across Canada, Dave lives with his wife in St. Catharines, Ontario, and works on the board of directors of several charitable organizations, including as President and Chair of the Education Foundation of Niagara.

Since its founding over a hundred years ago, IBM has been a world leader in developing and marketing the technology that has driven the greatest increase in business and economic productivity in human history.
