Niagara will remain caged while other communities will see pandemic restrictions unlocked by a provincial government moving Ontario into the next phase of economic recovery.

The province announced Monday other communities will see more businesses and amenities open — including indoor shopping malls, restaurant patios, hair salons, splash pads and swimming pools, along with campgrounds and beaches.
