Rashmi is an instructor with the Centre for Innovation, Management and Enterprise Education, The Goodman School of Business, Brock University, a program facilitator with the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, and she is the author of the motivational book “Rash Decisions: Accept Where You Are, and Then…Be Amazing.”
