Dan Paszkowski
President and CEO, Wine Growers Canada
Dan Paszkowski is President and Chief Executive Officer of both Wine Growers Canada and the Canadian Vintners Association since 2006, representing wineries across Canada responsible for more than 90% of annual wine production. Dan is an active advocate on national and international wine issues. He represents the Canadian wine industry on all federal policy issues, international trade negotiations, and various advisory bodies including the World Wine Trade Group (WWTG), Canada’s National Alcohol Strategy Advisory Committee, and the Canadian Association of Liquor Jurisdictions (CALJ) Social Responsibility and National Quality Assurance Committees. Prior to helming Wine Growers Canada and the Canadian Vintners Association, Dan served as Vice President Economic Affairs for the Mining Association of Canada, and Senior Policy Advisor, Mining and Forestry, for the Ministry of Natural Resources.
