Employment Inventory helping to create a clearer picture of Niagara’s economy

Building on the success of our first inventory of jobs in Niagara conducted last year, Niagara Region is again canvassing local employers to get a more complete picture of employment in Niagara. Collecting information and data about the types and size of businesses in Niagara supports regional and local economic development and planning efforts that contribute to strong and vibrant communities.

Between May and August of 2017, we will be collaborating with local employment agencies and conducting a brief, voluntary, in-person survey at businesses across Niagara. The information gathered will help us build a comprehensive inventory of businesses in Niagara.
