Finding, hiring, onboarding and retaining the right workers is a key strategy in building a successful company. Job Gym supports Niagara businesses in matching qualified candidates to available opportunities. We work hard to anticipate and be responsive to the local labour market needs by getting to know the companies in Niagara and understanding their demands and requirements. This gathered knowledge is used to educate job seekers within our service and furthermore, to develop pre-employment and skill development programs that better equip available talent pools in meeting Niagara business demands. Our services do not stop at the matching stage! Our team will continue to provide any necessary coaching and support to new hires from our programs, to support employers with a successful onboarding experience and increased employee retention.
