The local St. Catharines barber shop, Tootzie’s Tune-up is throwing a party on behalf of their fifth year in business. The event is open to the public, will feature Pig Out catering, offer door prizes, and provide a cash bar. Tootzie’s is a male targeted barber shop located in the heart of St. Catharines, it has taken the hassle of grooming and turned it into a manly experience. Celebrating five years of success, the St. Catharines mayor, Walter Sendzik, will perform a balloon cutting ceremony.
