Mishka Balsom, CEO and President of the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce (GNCC) is proud to announce and welcome Michelle Knapman as the organization’s Executive Vice President. Knapman will be responsible for the functionality of business and to drive extensive and sustainable growth. She will be overseeing the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures.

Knapman comes with a wealth of business experience, having spent the past ten years in senior management roles in the non-profit sector in addition to her contributions on several committees and councils in Niagara. She is a strong and experienced leader and communicator, with an unwavering level of professionalism and integrity.
