Black Women in Leadership Exhibition Opening

Rodman Art Institute of Niagara (RAIN) is proud to partner with African Women Acting (AWA) to present Black Artists’ Networks in Dialogue (BAND) Gallery Exhibit “Black Women in Leadership”. The project, which began in 2019, is adding seven new portraits of women from the Niagara Region. This project aims to document and celebrate Black women leaders across Ontario. The portrait series will eventually include 100 Black women in total. The new works, all taken by Janice Reid, will be on display at the RAIN Gallery in St. Catharines and AWA in Niagara Falls from February 22 until mid-March.

Join us for the exhibition opening at our gallery space located at 104 St. Paul Street, St. Catharines, Ontario from 6 pm – 8 pm.
