The Niagara Workforce Planning Board, Niagara College’s School of Business and Brock University’s Niagara Community Observatory (NCO) are teaming together for a new wave of collaborative research! The three respected community research institutions will sign a memorandum of understanding marking the start of this new five-year partnership on June 12, 2017.
