Who: Walter Sendzik, Mayor of St. Catharines, will address his community at the 2017 State of the City event, the third of its kind, presented by the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce (GNCC).

When: January 26, 11am-2pm. The Mayor will give out awards at 12:40pm and will deliver his speech at 1:20pm. He will be available for a media scrum at 2pm.
