The third plenary speech at this year’s Niagara Economic Summit will be delivered by Brand Blvd. Vice-President Chris Sinclair.
Born and raised a country boy, Sinclair moved to the Niagara region to complete the Business Administration program at Niagara College. After spending 13 years working in the promotional product industry, Sinclair and his business partner Shaun Lichtenberger launched Brand Blvd.
Sinclair is VP and leads Business Development for Brand Blvd. Since 2007, Brand Blvd has grown to be a leader in the promotional industry. For the fourth year running, they’ve been named as PPPC’s Distributor of the Year. Chris has received a Forty Under 40 award, and was named as one of ASI’s 2016 Counsellor Hot 25.
Brand Blvd takes a proactive approach at providing quality promotional products and corporate apparel. They are a team of enthusiastic, professional individuals who strive to exceed clients expectations in customer service. Together they create awareness for your organization and utilize our products to help you build your brand.
At the Summit, Sinclair’s plenary speech will be on millennials. As an employer who has had great success hiring and working with the emerging generation, he will share some of his secrets for engaging and motivating a millennial workforce. Additionally, in his capacity as a leader at a firm that markets to millennials, Sinclair will speak on how he has had success marketing to a younger audience, and how businesses can engage with younger people as customers and clients.
After his speech, Sinclair will join a panel of experts for a discussion on the topic including Brock University’s Associate Director of Career Education and NEXTNiagara Chair Stephanie Harper, Enterprise Canada Vice-President and Niagara College Professor Stephen Murdoch, Hamilton HIVE Chair Alyssa Lai, and Hughes & Co. Founder and Owner Allie Hughes.
