This has been an unprecedented week with all that is changing rapidly as a result of COVID-19. We are faced with tremendous uncertainty which results in no shortage of questions. Over the past few days, I have spoken with many employers and employees across Niagara. The contingency plans that many had in place by Monday morning seemed to be outdated by Wednesday, and look different again today.
