Advanced Mind Health offers virtual, online sessions in Rapid Transformational Therapy, a leading-edge, hybrid form of therapy which uncovers the root causes of issues fast and effectively.

In one, 2-hour session, conversations with specially designed language and visualization is used, while a client is in a comfortable, relaxed state and able to think more clearly from a deeper perspective. This neuroscience-backed method is quickly gaining global recognition as one of the most effective treatments available and the new, go-to alternative to traditional, talk therapy.  My practice specializes in mental fitness from eliminating anxiety, intrusive emotions and substance use to strengthening performance and mindset in 1 – 3 sessions. I am happy to say I have no repeat clients.
