We know that throughout history leadership development has been based on a male perspective. Unfortunately, this means that women and others in leadership roles are expected to lead like men which undermines their true potential and the unique impact they can have on the organization and the world around them.
Begin the journey of connecting to your purpose, discovering your power and developing your presence.
In this workshop we will look at:
PURPOSE: Connect with why the world needs women leaders and how your unique contribution makes a difference.
POWER: Understand what it means to be a values-driven leader – and the importance of discovering your deeper “why”.
PRESENSE: Seeing yourself as a leader is a critical foundation for taking action. Be the leader who creates a culture where people are safe, valued, included and can be their best.
You know in your gut that you have more to contribute, more to say – more to offer the world. Maybe you need more clarity, or your purpose and values feel clear, but you want inspiration, support, empowerment and tools to bring it to life. One thing we know, it’s time to lead as you.
