Article 7.3 (Special Meetings)“Special Meetings of the Members may be held at such other times as the Board may determine or upon the written request of forty (40) Members in good standing held on such a day and at such an hour as announced by the Board of Directors.”	“Special Meetings of the Members may be held at such other times as the Board may determine or upon the written request of not less than 5% of the Members in good standing held on such a day and at such an hour as announced by the Board of Directors.”
Article 3.6 (Termination)“Membership shall terminate when: … The Board by a vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the Directors present cast at any meeting of the Board duly called for such purpose and duly constituted expels any member after written notice has been provided to the said member and has provided the member in default a reasonable opportunity for a hearing relating to ‘conduct unbecoming a member.'”	“The Board by a vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the Directors present cast at any meeting of the Board duly called for such purpose and duly constituted expels any member after providing the member with at least 15 days’ notice of termination and the reasons for the proposed termination. The member shall have an opportunity to be heard by the board, orally or in writing, not less than 5 days before the termination takes effect.”
Article 7.1 (Meetings of the Board of Directors)“The Board of Directors is authorized to set terms and conditions for participation in Board meetings by electronic telephonic or similar communication facility or by combination thereof which permit the Directors to communicate adequately with each other during the meeting and which said terms may be amended from time to time by the Board in its sole and unfettered discretion.”	“The Board of Directors is authorized to set terms and conditions for participation in Board meetings by electronic, telephonic, or similar communication facility or by combination thereof, provided that all directors consent to such meetings and that all participants can communicate adequately with each other during the meeting.
