Agencies from both sides of the Niagara River have come together and crafted recommendations to Ottawa and Washington about reopening the Canada-U.S. border during the post-COVID-19 recovery. Hugo Chesshire, director of policy and government relations with Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce, said the group is made up of various institutions with an interest in cross-border issues.
