She is also the founder of Launch It Co., a creative web design and hosting agency that has supported entrepreneurs and organizations for over 20 years.

Across all her roles, Emilia is known for her ability to bring people together, foster innovative solutions, and build stronger communities through leadership, entrepreneurship, and collaboration.
