A weekend immersion into theatre at The Shaw for youths aged 13 – 18. Acting, movement, improv, singing and more! This two-day intensive program also allows participants to attend a working rehearsal of a show in the 2026 Season prior to its opening and includes a ticket to a preview performance of Sleuth.

• Behind the scenes look at a working rehearsal for an actual Shaw Festival production

• A viewing of Sleuth at the newly revamped Court House Theatre

• 11:00 am: Singing with Jonah Nung, Shaw Assistant Conductor/Keyboard 2
• 11:30 am: Acting Intensive with Marla McLean, Shaw Artist
• 12:30 pm: Lunch (Bring Your Own)
• 1:30 pm: Sit in on Heartbreak House rehearsal
• 2:00 pm: Rehearsal Reflection and Discussion
• 2:30 pm: Improv with Aaron Boyd, Shaw Director of Marketing, Communications and Sales
• 3:45 pm: Accents and Dialects with Jeffrey Simlett, Accent and Dialect Coach
• 4:45 pm: Reflections and Debrief
• 5:00 pm: Pickup at Festival Theatre Stage Door

Sunday:

• 9:45 am: Arrival at Festival Theatre Stage Door
• 10:00 am: Backstage Tour
• 11:00 am: Dance with Matt Alfano, Shaw Embedded Artist
• 12:00 pm: Lunch (Bring Your Own)
• 1:00 pm: Sleuth preview
• 3:30 pm: Post-Show Chat with Peter Fernandes (Director), Allan Teichman (Stage Manager) and Patrick Galligan (Ensemble)
• 4:15 pm: Reflection, debrief and group photo
• 5:00 pm: Pickup at Festival Theatre Stage Door
