Brock grads among nominees at Women in Business Awards

A number of Brock graduates were among the nominees at the recent Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce’s Women in Business Awards ceremony.

Held Friday, Nov. 18, the awards recognized women in 12 categories for their leadership and success in business locally and beyond.

Nominees included Brock graduates:

  • Alexis Kleiman (BA ’15) and Kimberly Cathline (MSc ’17) in the Community Impact Award category;
  • Samantha Sendzik-Sinclair (BEd ’13, BSc ’13, MA ’15) in the Excellence in the Not-for-Profit Sector Award category, sponsored by the Brock University Faculty of Social Sciences;
  • Madison Vine (BKin ’14) in the Innovations in Hospitality and Tourism Award category;
  • Krista Flachs (BSc ’18) in the Science and Technology Award category; and
  • Agnieszka Krzywinska (BSc ’20) and Katie MacCabe (BSc ’18) in the Young Professional Award category.
